Organizational Culture and Vision

The Northwest Georgia Council of Boy Scouts of America hosts multiple scouting programs for youth ages 6-21.

Their goal for the next year is to increase membership and program attendance, and their vision for long term success is to grow their community awareness, increase top-level volunteers, and to secure funding endowment.

“Recent studies by Baylor, Harvard, and Texas Tech prove that youth that are in Scouting are better students, volunteer more, graduate from college or vocational school at a higher level, give more of their financial resources, etc. than non-Scouts.” – Boy Scouts Leadership Staff
