Organizational Culture and Vision

Three Circles Foundation is a non-profit ministry in the northwest Georgia area that seeks to see every single teen fully embraced. Their day-camp based model teaches real life skills, serves the local community, and builds meaningful relationships.

Three Circles Foundation’s vision for long term success is to go the “long walk” with youth from hard places, embracing them in love, and empowering them to trust and be equipped for success.

The amount of personal time, caring effort, and sacrificial dedication that their staff and volunteers invest in the youth is something Three Circles wants more people to know about them.

“This program has truly became an integral part of all of our lives, which has always been the hope.” – Three Circles Foundation staff

Programs

Monthly Day Camp: For young men aged 12 and up from broken homes and/or juvenile court, these camps consist of teachings, footwashings, and skill groups. Each camp day centers around a monthly biblical theme such as forgiveness, brotherly love, humility, and more. Campers will also engage in community service projects serving the homeless, elderly, and others.

Truth Talks: These weekly Bible studies originated from a desire to deepen relationships and teach biblical truth between the monthly camps. Truth Talks allows for a deeper teaching and discussion experience. The volunteers who pour into this are tireless in their work and have long-term relationships with the youth that they serve.

One on One Mentoring: A camper and a volunteer mutually choose to go beyond the monthly camps in a one on one weekly mentoring relationship. Three Circles staff, the volunteer, the camper’s family and the camper are all involved. This is a mentorship aimed at providing a Christian role model, stability, support, consistency and accountability for the youth. It’s aim is to show the youth that their community needs them and is depending on their creativity, talents and energy to thrive.
